Our new project in Borås is dedicated to helping young adults build a stable, independent future.  This effort is part of our overall goal as a CSO. However in this initiative, we are collaborating with Social ekonomi Sjuhärad (SES) and Västra Götalandsregionen (VGR) as financial sponsors.

We focus on practical life skills, guidance into work or education, and personal development that strengthens confidence and resilience. Through individual support and group activities, participants explore their strengths, set realistic goals, and learn how to navigate everyday responsibilities especially  those related to establishing themselves as viable employable assets to various establishments. As such, we tailor our efforts to meet individual huddles such as budgeting, housing, and time management as well as self perception and presentation.

By connecting this target group with local stakeholders whom they can relate to and thereby facilitate their entrance into sustainable employment or educational opportunities, and community resources, we create a supportive network that encourages long‑term self‑sufficiency and self‑reliance.

We aim to collaborate closely with local services, schools, and organizations to ensure that every participant receives coordinated and meaningful support that are individually designed together to meet their actual needs. 

With the support from SES and VRG we initially are running the project for one year. It is without a doubt that the project will run longer as we plan to take in more participants. Participation in the project is open to young adults who want to take active steps towards shaping their own future, regardless of previous experience or background.

Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Together, we work on a clear, step‑by‑step plan that turns ambitions into concrete actions, helping each young person move towards a sustainable, self‑reliant life in Borås.
