About us


Redeemed; Open Windows (ROW) Borås is a none-profit civil society organisation that exist to equip young males/females with foreign background at risk of being recruited or turning to criminality, dropping out of school, or not making themselves available to the job market with applicable personalized tools to alter the direction of their lives. 


Formally established in 2025 and based in the beautiful Swedish city of Borås, ROW aims to assist its target group by jointly developing skills in identifying and enhancing own resources in relation to the demands of society with a view to making positive changes. This target group also includes migrants, persons with or without refugee status as well as girls and women who are far from the job market for various reasons. 

We consider our target group as future leaders. With a focus on exploiting self-talents and self-motivation, we seek to jointly create and foster an atmosphere that delivers on promises, goals, and aspirations. 

Redeemed; Open Windows Borås aims to become a desired platform and Launchpad toward young people's destination as we aspire and inspire the future leaders of our city. With a view to attain reachable goals and objectives and why not venture beyond sociocultural and economic limitations, Redeemed; Open Windows Borås actively portrays social solidarity and meaningful occupation as evidence of effective integration efforts.

At ROW-Borås we set the individual at the centre. We believe that like a precious metal, the individuals talents need to be discovered, polished and harnessed through mentoring, coaching or entrepreneurial efforts or a combination of all and much more. 

Our mission is to shed light on individuals talents and gifts as we work to empower such individuals and organizations to reach their full potential through mentorship, project management, and capacity building. We believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their goals and make a positive impact in their community. We are against violence in all its forms. We encourage dialogue and openness.
